  • I offer Individual Therapy Sessions and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) assessments

  • I am currently accepting new patients ages 14 and older who reside in the state of Indiana

  • Sessions are offered exclusively through telehealth (virtual); provided in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment

  • I accept the following insurances:

    • Indiana Medicaid (HIP, HCC, HHW)

    • CareSource

    • Aetna

    • Carelon Behavioral Health, Inc. (Anthem, BCBS)

    • United Behavioral Health

    • Evernorth Behavioral Health (Cigna)
